I do not accept insurance. However, the services I provide can be submitted to your insurance provider for at least partial reimbursement.

We begin treatment with a 1.5 hour intake ($350) for an initial assessment. Then, the expectation is that we have 50-minute individual weekly sessions thereafter ($240).

SimplePractice is the software I use for scheduling clients, sending reminders, telehealth appointments, and completing documents that support your treatment. Clients will receive access to a Client Portal when beginning treatment where they can fill out pending documents, confirm/cancel appointments, etc.

I am currently transitioning to a new office space in West Seattle. I will update my location as soon as the space is available.

I do offer appointments via telehealth, though with lesser availability (typically only on Mondays). If we have regular in-person appointments, I also offer telehealth if an in-person session is not possible and/or it is required for us to reschedule within the week.
